Some consultants may still need to be engaged directly by the client, depending on the project and contractual arrangement.

Archbuild reviews the available information and, where necessary, coordinates with planners, certifiers or council to determine the most appropriate approach.Approval cannot be guaranteed because the final decision rests with the relevant authority or certifier.
